Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if items:

  • Are unused

  • Are unworn

  • Have original tags attached

  • Are in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized garments

  • Tailor-made products

  • Personalized items

  • Cut fabrics

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
